By providing accurate and credible literature and hands-on demonstrations, Learning Centers help participants to understand the relationship between positive lifestyles and their overall health. Most of all, they help advance health awareness by providing people with the tools they need to take responsibility for their own health through information ranging on disease prevention tips to daily healthy living tips!

Current Learning Centers vary at each site location, but a few of the featured exhibits are:

  • Alzheimers
  • Ask a Dietitian
  • Ask a Pharmacist
  • Cancer Prevention
  • Diabetes Education
  • Heart Health
  • Mental Health
  • Osteoporosis
  • Parks & Recreation
  • Senior Services
  • Stroke Prevention
  • St. Joseph Burn Center
  • Tobacco Free

Learning Centers are an excellent opportunity to connect with local communities, organizations, and volunteers to provide a comunity service that is focused on one single, extraordinary cause - Your Health!

Plan to bring your health-related questions and concerns for dialogue with registered nurses, dietitians, exercise specialists, and other health care professionals located at these centers and also at the summary and referral.
